I was in a parish on Long Island NY at that time, and I brought my parents to visit me. It was September 1982, and we visited the Twin Towers and even climbed to the top, of course, thanks to elevators. They had great memories of New York, and in fact they visited me a few more times. They have since passed away, my dad in 2002 and my mom in 2010, and I am now in a big parish in Bend, Oregon.
My parents are originally from Malta.
