I went there on my own as a tourist. Since it was freezing cold I had bought a scarf and white gloves in Chinatown before. There was no wait on that day unlike everywhere today and the ride to the top only cost 6 or 8 dollars. On the top we were even allowed to go outside on the platform. Everything was very easy and there were hardly any people there.
